Do not attend if you are pregnant, claustrophobic, asthmatic, prone to seizures, are allergic to latex, have respiratory or heart issues. You will be denied admission if you are intoxicated or impaired.

There is an inherit risk in attending Phobia. Actors are not allowed to intentionally touch you. Actors do jump out to startle & scare you. Attendees voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending Phobia. Attendees agree to release Phobia, affiliates, officers, employees and landlord from any liability, harm, injury, damage, death or expense that may arise directly or indirectly from attending any Phobia attraction. Proper footwear is required - no flip flops or sandals. Do not touch us - we will not touch you. Phobia is fun and safe, but scary.
