· Does Phobia take Credit Cards?
Our 290 Location has an ATM on site. Our 45 location has banks/ATM near the mall.
· What are the hours and will Phobia close while I have tickets left?
You know what???? We just might! Just kidding BUT you should check the website calendar for our days and hours of operation. You must arrive early to see multiple attractions. Allow 20-30 minutes per attraction. Closing times are estimates only, but we WILL close even if you have tickets remaining - So come early & use them or lose them, baby!!!
· Do you have group rates?
YES WE DO! We have discounts for Advanced Tickets, Groups 25+. Email us the with the date, head count & number of attractions you would like to experience.
· Do you have V.I.P./Speed-Passes Tickets for cuts in line?
Nope. Don't need them. Phobia has separate free standing attractions. Our lines go fast and speed-passes are a costly waste. Besides, all of our customers are V.I.P.'s to us!
· Other Haunted Houses say they have four or five attractions, and it's only one or two fairly big ones. Is this true of Phobia?
HECK NO! Phobia is huge. Separate haunts, separate lines, ALL free standing and very different. Packed w/staff and cool animatronics. Just ask someone who's attended. Phobia is the real deal, baby!
· Wheel chair accessible?
Not completely, but many of our attractions are. You may also park close to the ticket booths to unload the chair.
· Will your actors touch me?
NO! Our actors are trained and instructed to NOT touch you. They may get REALLY CLOSE though and sometimes and unintentional contact may occur. You may not touch the actors or our props and equipment either for your safety as well as theirs. Well maybe if you ask them really nice like... at your own risk!
· Does Phobia take reservations?
Donner??? Donner party of 12???.. NO!!!!! You think this is Chez Phobia? Just buy tickets and enjoy the experience. First come, first served, come early, go home and have nightmares!
· Does Phobia have security on site?
Yes. Absolutely. At all times. We have uniformed police officers and plain clothes security staff on site throughout the season.
· Is it scary? Age Limits?? Discounts for little ones?
Yes Phobia is intense and scary. Under 12 should bring a parent. We do not recommend bringing really young kids, please. No refunds for chickens, don't even try! You have been warned.
· Which house is the scariest?
Duhhhh, it's Phobia. It's allll scary, baby. Why would we want to make a lame one?
· Does Phobia sell beer?
No. We don't care much for drunks either.
· Refunds?
No Never, don't buy a ticket if there is any doubt.
· Can I take pictures inside or use a flashlight?
NO!!!! Please leave your camera and flashlights at home.
· How many friends can enter simultaneously?
6-8 Maximum in a group. It is easier for us to clean up your bodies that way. Oops did I say that out loud?
· Any special clothing required?
No flip-flops, high heels, etc. Please! Leave your purse and fine jewelry at home, too. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
